How to renew my Global Entry?

You’ve undergone the first step to getting your Global Entry card and you’ve noticed your pass is about to end – now what?

Like most passes under the Customs and Border Program (CBP), your Global Entry card is valid for 5-years to which afterwards you will need to do a Global Entry renewal. With Global Trusted Traveller, you will receive in advance to the expiration (typically 6 to 9 months before the date listed on your pass) a notification for a Global Entry renewal.

Since your application is saved online at the Global Online Enrollment System (GOES) account, Global Trusted Traveller, will help you through the process of maintaining your Global Entry card.

So long as your information is accurate and to date, your Global Entry application form will be used to assist in th renewal.

When you apply for a Global Entry membership with Global Trusted Traveller, you will have the peace of mind knowing that you will be guided through the renewal process. In a few clinks, you can maintain your status in the Global Entry program.

TWO-STEP PROCESS

Our online application form is the fastest way to apply for Nexus Pass. It will take you few minutes to finalize it. Our goal is to make your journey quicker and safer.  The process of getting Nexus pass require ONLY two steps that are listed below:

Go to our online application form  and answer the questions , there are only mandatory fields, no unnecessary info required. It is self-explanatory and it will take less than  5 MIN to finish  it.

Next step is the payment by the most trusted and secured payment provider -  PayPal.  After you have submitted the form you will be prompt to checkout.

If you are familiar with the CBP system and wish to apply directly with them, you can do it  here.  All Global Trusted Traveler service fees must be paid via PayPal – your application cannot be processed unless you have made a PayPal transaction. Government fees will be paid from our account. Government fees are non-refundable. Global Trusted Traveler fees are refundable only if we are the reason for decline. Final Steps

You will receive an automatic email from us  which will indicate the time when we received your application. When we have your application form, supporting documentation and payment, we will start processing it. It will take up to 48hrs.  Note that if some information is missing or incomplete, we will get in touch with you for further confirmation.  In the moment when we successfully submit your document for security checks to the Government, you will be notified via email by our team.

1. Email

You will receive two emails from us with instructions. First email will be an automatic which will indicate that we received your application. The second email will be when we review your application and create your profile in GOES/CBP.

2. Interview

After your Nexus card application is successfully submitted, in 3 to 8 weeks (in busy season it might take longer) you will receive an email with instructions how to proceed with your application. When you are conditionally approved you must schedule your interview.

3. Activate

Once your interview with CBP is completed successfully you will receive your NEXUS card via post service in approximately a week.
